Sexual harassment is a common occurrence at the workplace and the health sector is not an exception. Due to the stigma attached to it, sexual harassment at the workplace is underreported because the victims are seen as trouble makers. The role of hospital administrators and managers in preventing this menace from occurring and providing female doctors with job security is reviewed.
